"“Derek Sell with an apt last name is an amazing agent. We have worked with multiple realtors over the years and Derek is far superior than others. We sold and bought a house and I will try to itemize on why he was incredible. 1. He and his team are extremely thorough and organized. Every detail and appointments were sent as calendar invites . we had reminders a day in advance and follow ups to make sure everything went well. 2. He knows everyone who can fix a house - who are both cheap and fast. Derek has a list of contractors , cleaners, handyman , helpers who are reasonably priced! This part blew our mind. We were in a tough situation, we had to sell our house in a hurry and had to be in the market within a week. Derek pulled his magic wand, and we were able to change our carpets,make our fixes, wash our windows, clean the house, professionaly stage and photograph and be on the market in a week ! These workers were so good that we ended up in a multiple offer situation when interest rates hit 7%!!. 3. He is fast! We were in a similar situation for closing. We had to close in 16 days ( a week post inspection) . We had some minor improvements show up in our inspection and again Derek waved his magic wand, his handyman came and fixed everything in a week. We forgot we had to move the refrigerator, we called Derek and it was done the next day. 4. He cares !! The main part- he genuinely cares for the client. He empathizes where we are coming from. He was never irritated, never lost his cool. When I was worried that the house was not selling, he called a favor got his colleagues to tour the house and gave us feedback. He called me multiple time a to make sure I was ok during the entire process. We were selling an expensive house but he made sure we saved every penny. He understood the value of money.
